This fall, East Texas artist Jeffie Brewer will publish “Joy Machine,” a collection of photographs, insights and illustrations that share his process, artwork and the emotional response it inspires in others. The book was acquired by Stephanie Khattak at K.Co Press in an exclusive deal. This is Jeffie Brewer's first book.

About Jeffie Brewer:

Jeffie Brewer is an internationally exhibiting artist whose artwork has been displayed in public and private art collections, galleries and museums. Known for his oversized abstract figurative  sculptures in bright colors, Jeffie’s work is instantly recognizable and highly acclaimed. Born in Palestine, Texas Jeffie holds an MFA in sculpture and metals and an MA in sculpture and painting from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. He also holds a BFA in drawing, printmaking and jewelry making from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville. He has been featured on Texas Country Reporter, and notable exhibitions have included Color Field at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Bentonville, Ark.; Pop of Color, Tyler Museum of Art, Tyler, Texas; and numerous collaborations with  the Lubbock Fine Arts Alliance.
